• "White paper," essentially but outdated. Written in July 2021.

• Blockchain technology: codebase is law, 60% vote to change
• "Minting" rather than mining, neither PoW nor PoS
• First step is to get level 5+ or Founder sponsorship, followed by 7200 blocks to become level 1. Then you are a minter.
• (Issue: democracy does NOT inherently ensure liberty, see H. H. Hoppe's Democracy: The God That Failed, however I'm still hopeful that Qortal will work. Time will tell!)

• Blockchains can be created within Qortal, but they seem to have a lot of rules on what a blockchain can/can't be. Enforced by the QORT blockchain.
